HIS Protein Purification Resin (IDA)
HIS Protein Purification Resin (IDA)
Product Introduction:
- HIS-tag protein purification medium is suitable for the purification of HIS fusion proteins, which can be used to quickly extract His-tag fusion proteins from cell fermentation broth
- HIS protein purification medium (IDA) uses IDA that can tolerate reducing agents as a metal chelating ligand, conventionally chelates Ni2+ (commonly known as nickel filler), and can also chelate Cu2+, Co2+, Zn2+ plasma groups according to customer needs
