GST Protein Purification Resin (GST-GP)

Product Introduction:

1.  The GST tag protein purification medium is applicable to the purification of GST tag fusion protein. With this product, the fusion protein containing GST tag can be quickly extracted from the cell fermentation broth

Application:

GST label protein purification medium is an affinity chromatography medium, which is widely used for the separation and purification of glutathione S-transferase. Specific application examples are as follows:

1. Protein: GST derived from rat liver (composed of 3 subunits with molecular weight of 25kD, 26.5kD and 28kD respectively);
2. Chromatographic medium: GST label protein purification medium (5.0 cm × 1.0 cm I.D., CV=3.9 ml）；
3. Control medium (5.0 cm × 1.0 cm I.D., CV=3.9 ml, international leading brand);
4. Sample: supernatant of pretreated rat liver homogenate;
5. Balance buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.0;
6. Elution buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl+10 mM GSH, pH8.0 (GSH is easy to oxidize, ready for use);
7. Flow rate: 0.5 ml/min.
