YK - High Accuracy CNC Gear Hobbing Center
- This gear hobber series are finish machining device for gear, which machining diameter are 2.5m-16m.It is suitable for machining the large-sized work piece in military, wind generate electricity, bearing, electric station, ship, mining area and metallurgy etc. industries. It can be carried out the machine of the straight gear, skew gear, bevel pinion, drum gear, warm wheel and multiage spline etc., through electric gear box.
- This series have six CNC shafts and adopt SIEMENS 840DSL CNC system, which are totally digital controlled. It can implement the four-spindle interlocking and perform kinds of automatic circulation by programming.
- This machine adopts large workpiece design with high intensity and high rigidity, and apply large-dimension hard steel guide way and preload guide way pair, which still can guarantee the finish machining character under high speed and heavy load.
- The table adopts large-scale ring type hydrostatic guideway, hydrostatic bearing to supporting, and high accuracy double worm wheel? worm bar pairs' transmission, this table have very high dynamic and static rigidity, and exact non-clearance driving.
- The spindle system adopts high-power A.C spindle motor to drive and step less speed regulating. It adopts damper and space-eliminating mechanism to implement main transmission system with high accuracy and high rigidity.
- The head of this series machine is adopted interchanging structure, we can offer hobbling bead, inner milling head, finger-type head and shaft gearing machining etc. according demands
- The finish machining of gear hobbling machine can reach the 6-degree of national standard.
