Antibody purification medium (ProG)
Antibody purification medium (ProG)
Product Introduction:
- Antibody purification medium (ProG) specifically binds to Fc region of the antibody through the conjugated Protein G ligand. After one-step affinity chromatography, high-purity antibodies can be obtained from ascites, serum, culture medium and other samples.
- Antibody purification medium (ProG) uses agarose gel as the matrix and recombinant Protein G as the ligand, which has high physical and chemical stability. The ligand is not easy to fall off, has a long life, is convenient to use, and is widely used.
Application
- Antibody purification medium (ProG) is widely used for the separation and purification of various antibodies. Chromatographic operation usually includes column loading, balance, feeding, leaching, elution, regeneration and other steps.
