Product Introduction:

  1. The antibody purification medium (GP-ProA) specifically binds to the Fc region of the antibody through the conjugated Protein A ligand. After one step affinity chromatography, high-purity antibodies can be obtained from ascites, serum, culture fluid and other samples. Antibody purification medium (GP-ProA) is based on polyacrylate microsphere matrix and recombinant protein A as ligand. It has high physical and chemical stability, ligand is not easy to fall off, long life, easy to use, and is widely used.
