- Machine adopted workpiece bed and toolhead bed separated type, headstock is on headstock base, headstock base and workpiece bed are connected, tailstock can move on workpiece bed longitudinally. Big carriage is on carriage bed which can move longitudinally along carriage bed, hobbing carriage can move on carriage in radial direction.
- The whole machine adopted horizontal layout.
- Hobbing carriage, milling carriage, finger-type carriage, they are independent units with built-in power which can change different carriages as per machining requirements, the required power supply, hydraulic pressure, cooling, air supply etc.by carriage all adopted quick change joint for connection.
- Cooling and lubrication systems adopted rapid speed cycle temperature control mode which can make the machine realize high thermostability.
- Gear hobbing machine is used for rough and finish machining of tooth form with high efficiency. It is mainly used for machining of gear axle in rolling mills, steam turbine and gas turbine industries etc.
